AUTHOR GUIDELINESINSTRUCTIONS for Camera-Ready Paper Submission
The following steps give you detailed instructions to prepare your camera-ready paper. Final paper submission consists of six critical steps:
Important notes:
Manuscripts will be scheduled for oral or poster presentation only if at least one of the authors pays the FULL registration fee by February 23rd, 2016 (postponed deadline even if for technical reasons on the registration site it is still written 15th). Please also note that 2016 Wireless Days Conference reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference. Also notice that the registration fees for authors are not refundable. Step 1: Send your registration
For each accepted paper (Full or Short), at least one author must register at a FULL registration rate for the conference by February 23rd, 2016. One full registration fee includes the publication of one paper. Additional papers (2 maximum, Total of 3 papers/posters maximum) of the same author -- including short papers related to posters -- will have an extra fee of 250€.
For any problem with fees for authors, contact WD2016 chairs.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid. After executing all steps, you will obtain an Xplore-compatible PDF that must be submitted on EDAS. Step 4: Submit the PDF paper file on the EDAS system
To appear in the proceedings of the conference we must have the final version of your full camera-ready paper by February 23rd, 2016. Poster Presentation Guidelines
Authors of short papers assigned to poster sessions should be sure that the title and content of the poster correspond to the title and content of the short paper included in the technical program. The poster should be displayed (on provided vertical high grids) so that a number of people can view the presentation at the same time. The poster should be prepared with the maximum dimensions of A0 size. |
