We are pleased to invite you to register here (https://www.conftool.net/wd2016/index.php?page=login)
Each accepted paper to be published must have at least:

• One author registered as a full (non-student) technical session attendee until 15 February and
• One author that attends to the conference to present the paper.

Registration fees

Registration Fees include:


• Entrance in the conference rooms
• One copy of the abstracts (on USB key)

• Coffee breaks

• Lunches


Gala dinner with the Airbus visit (Shuttle bus will be organized)

Attendees will book their own accommodation

Payment

• Credit card: online secured payment

• Order form: (only for French companies) : send a copy of your order form by mail :

Payment by check or bank transfer are not allowed after the 1st March 2016.



Conditions for cancellation

• The registration of participation is binding.
• Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
• The conference program may be subject to changes.
• Cancellation must be made in writing to wirelessdays2016@inp-toulouse.fr
• For any cancellation received before the 23th February 2016, registration fees should be reimbursed except for 50 € for handling fees.
• No reimbursement will be made for cancellation received after the 23th February 2016.
• All types of registration are subject to the same conditions for cancellation.
